Nisha Swali

Qualifying in 2023, Nisha is a Solicitor in our top tier-ranked Corporate and Commercial team.

Before joining Endeavour, Nisha spent 2 years as a corporate paralegal at a regionally recognised firm in the West Midlands where she also began her training contract.

Originally born and raised in Shropshire, Nisha joined our team after relocating to the North East. Qualifying in January 2023, Nisha is now a Solicitor in our top tier-ranked Corporate and Commercial team. Nisha will be working on matters such as share sales and purchases, company re-organisations, and mergers and acquisitions. She’ll also be responsible for commercial matters which include reviewing and drafting commercial contracts such as shareholders agreements, terms and conditions, partnership agreements, articles of association and loan agreements.
