Work Experience Placements.

Each year we select six university students or graduates to work with us for a week, giving them a chance to experience life in a modern commercial law firm and to gain valuable experience across our fee-earning departments.

Our work experience programme has proven a valuable starting point for many of our team who have gone on to secure training contracts and then been retained upon qualification.

To apply

From the 1st November 2024 we will be inviting applications for placements in Summer 2025, to run during the weeks commencing on 23rd  June 2025 and 30th June 2025.

If you would like to apply, please send your CV and a covering letter via email to careers@endeavour.law or by post to our office address, by no later than 31st March 2025.   Please note no shortlisting will take place before this date.

Please note, if you are unavailable during one of the above weeks, please expressly make us aware of that in your covering letter so we can try to accommodate this.

We know how waiting for the outcome of an application feels, so we aim to keep you informed as much as possible. We will confirm receipt of your application by 11th April 2025 and try to let you know if you have been successful by the end of April 2025. If you have not heard back from us by either of the above dates, please get in touch.

Please note we will keep your CV for up to 7 years from the date of submission, after which it will be confidentially destroyed.
