We regularly advise and assist in relation to avoidance, management the resolution of disputes (which are all too common) in the Construction sector, including advising in relation to notices and record keeping where there is loss and delay, advising on payment applications and contractual/statutory notices.  We also advise in relation to the negotiation and settlement of disputes and act in formal litigation procedures including adjudications, arbitrations and proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
