Alexandra joined us in 2011 and is an experienced member of our commercial property team. She was promoted to legal director in 2024.
Alexandra is a senior member of the commercial property team with 16 years experience of advising in the commercial property sector.
After beginning her career at national law firm Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds, Alexandra gained experience in both corporate restructuring and commercial property and brought with her the specialist knowledge and experience she gained working on large and complex property transactions.
Since joining The Endeavour, Partnership Alexandra has become an integral part of the commercial property team. She has significant experience of all types of commercial property transactions and has built a broad client base which includes developers, investors, secured lenders, charities and pension funds.
She most frequently works collaboratively with the firm’s active corporate and commercial team on substantial company acquisitions, disposals and restructurings involving commercial property and property finance/funding.
Alexandra has substantial experience in real estate finance transactions, and through Endeavour’s close links with the region’s banking sector, she has advised numerous financial institutions and other secured lenders (and those obtaining finance from them) in connection with the real estate security elements of financial loans.
She has also undertaken a client secondment to The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) (a quasi-publicly funded technology innovation centre which aims to overcome commercial challenges in process and product innovation/development for innovators) working full-time in the business’s legal team.
After returning from a period of maternity leave and following growth in the commercial property team, Alexandra now has a hybrid role within the team which includes a professional support element in which she uses her extensive experience to assist the team in delivering client services more effectively with a focus on knowledge sharing, training and developing, precedents and working practices.
Alex has looked after our Commercial Property Portfolio for 6 years now and has dealt with all aspects of legal work including lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, refinancing and general advice. She provides an excellent service dealing with all matters to a high standard and acting promptly and speedily. She is always available to discuss issues and provide sound legal advice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to existing and new clients of the Practice.
