Ben Farline

Ben began his two-year training contract with the firm in September of 2022. He is now a qualified member of our commercial property team.

After graduating from Northumbria University, Ben took a role as part of the legal team for Yerra Solutions working on supplier non-disclosure agreements and small-scale litigation matters alongside the in-house legal team at M&S.

He was then employed as a paralegal at the Bannatyne Group before joining Parkdean Resorts. In his last role, Ben advised on a variety of matters including GDPR, corporate transactions, commercial property and disputes.

Ben has utilised his previous experience in commercial property throughout his time at The Endeavour Partnership, including during his training contract, when Ben undertook a secondment at a local housing authority, assisting their development team in the refinance of over 950 properties worth £50m.

Further to qualifying, Ben regularly deals with a variety of property transactions including:

• advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases and leasehold management
• acting on the sale, purchase and refinancing of a range of commercial properties

Outside of work Ben enjoys playing football and is also an avid golfer. He has spent his life growing up and working within the region.
