Craig Feeney

Craig joined the team in 2021 as a trainee and is now a qualified solicitor in our corporate and commercial department.

During his time at Sunderland University, where he completed his LLM, Craig worked at the Student Law Clinic assisting clients on a pro-bono basis. Following this, he was employed as a Supervising Paralegal by a globally recognised law firm, based in their Newcastle Hub.

Once he’d gained valuable experience working in the city firm atmosphere, Craig returned to his Tees Valley roots by gaining a training contract with Endeavour, and subsequently a newly qualified role in the Corporate and Commercial team.

Craig will assist clients with a range of transactional matters across a variety of sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases and sales and group-reorganisations. Craig can also draft and review contracts from a commercial perspective including terms and conditions, loan agreements, shareholders agreements and also company’s articles of association.

Craig has also recently been appointed a Trainee Representative for the Tees Valley Junior Lawyers Division and will arrange networking events for the junior members of the legal profession and students who are interested in a career in law.
