Emma joined the firm's growing Commercial Property team in 2021 as an Associate Solicitor, offering a wealth of knowledge in her field.
Emma joined the commercial property team in August 2021 after having previously worked for over 6 years at a local authority. Her time at the Council saw her working on a wide variety of commercial property matters and she was heavily involved in large-scale development projects, often as part of the Council’s regeneration plans.
She has brought that wealth of knowledge and experience from her local authority background to private practice, where she advises on a variety of commercial property and planning matters.
Emma frequently advises landlords and tenants on commercial leases, particularly in office, retail and industrial sectors. She also regularly acts on the sale, purchase and re-mortgaging of land and commercial properties for clients.
She deals with planning and infrastructure agreements in connection with wider developments and has a growing involvement in larger-scale development projects.
Emma also works closely with the firm’s corporate and commercial team to assist with any property elements of their transactions.
