Jo joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of our company secretarial team. She has recently completed her Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Company Law whilst continuing to provide invaluable support to our corporate department.
As part of our company secretarial team Jo specialises in delivering a full range of company secretarial and corporate support services, including dealing with company formation and incorporation, statutory compliance, and providing board and administrative support to a significant portfolio of companies.
