Natalie trained and qualified as a solicitor with the firm and is now a partner in our commercial property team.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Natalie has developed a specialism in property development and planning law matters having acted for residential and commercial property developers in purchasing sites (including via option agreements and complex conditional contracts) and advised landowners on entering into arrangements with property developers and energy and infrastructure providers (including land promotion and project management agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements).

In addition, Natalie has drafted, negotiated and advised developers and landowners on the terms of new and existing planning and infrastructure agreements, overage arrangements and pre-emption rights

Natalie also regularly deals with a variety of other property transactions including:

  • advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases and leasehold management, particularly in the hospitality and office sectors
  • acting on the sale, purchase and re-mortgaging of a range of commercial properties
  • providing support to the commercial disputes and insolvency departments on contentious property matters
  • acting for high-net-worth individuals on the sale and purchase of more complex residential properties/estates
  • overseeing residential plot sales

Natalie was also recognised in the Legal 500 UK Solicitors 2024 rankings as a next generation partner.
