Natasha joined our employment team in 2024, bringing over 15 years of legal expertise.
Natasha began her legal education at Durham University and graduated in 2007 before completing her LPC with a distinction at the College of Law in York the following year.
Natasha qualified into employment law in 2010, after training in house at a national banking plc. She worked in private practice for around seven years, gaining valuable employment law expertise, before joining CPI’s in-house legal team. In 2022, Natasha took up the role as head of people at CPI, where she led the HR team and supported the business in delivering its people plan over the next two years.
Natasha moved back to private practice in September 2024, joining the firm as a senior associate.
Since joining, Natasha has built strong relationships with key clients and has led some significant projects, as well as supporting the junior members of the team to grow and develop.
Natasha has a wealth of employment law experience and a unique perspective, having spent time in house and as head of a HR team. She has a particular interest in complex industrial relations issues, as well as growing specialisms in immigration, IR35 and data protection.
Natasha is also currently working towards her CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management, which will give her further insight into the challenges of the HR world.
