Sophie joined our employment law and HR team at the start of 2024.
After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2016, Sophie completed her LPC closer to home at Northumbria University. She then joined an international law firm gaining valuable, first-hand experience as a paralegal.
Sophie then trained for two years at a national law firm, specialising in employment rights law and personal injury. Upon completing her contract, she secured a permanent role as a solicitor in their Newcastle branch.
Whilst progressing her career in law, Sophie also spent time volunteering with Citizens Advice as a tribunal representative and advisor.
Returning to her Teesside roots, Sophie joined The Endeavour Partnership employment law team as a solicitor in January 2024.
