Endeavour has had a great first quarter of year, making several key appointments, promotions and qualifications.
First to mention is the appointment of Caroline McDonagh. Caroline joined us at a Senior Associate within the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team in February. She has over 14 years specialising in this area of law, in particular working with in-house Insolvency Practitioners. This has given her first-hand experience of working with office-holders and knowledge of IP practice and procedures.
Caroline said, “I’m so pleased to be joining the team at Endeavour, especially at such an exciting time. Endeavour has really mastered the balance between providing big city legal advice whilst maintaining a personable level of client service.”
Another success story in the team is the promotion of Jessica Lenham to Associate Solicitor. Jessica completed her 2-year training contract at Endeavour before joining the corporate and commercial department as a solicitor.
Jessica plays a key role working with our high-value franchising clients, this has given her an extensive knowledge of different sectors within the business world. Jess has also recently created a tailored training course, developed to inform charitable organisations on the importance of governance.
Jessica said, “My role within Endeavour has really evolved since qualifying, The fast pace of my department means from day one I have been entrusted with the responsibility which has helped me grow in both knowledge and confidence.”
Also completing her training contract with Endeavour Partnership is Amy Rose who in March accepted a role in our commercial disputes department. Amy graduated from Teesside University and completed her LPC and LLM at the University of Law.
Amy said, “I chose to apply for a training contract with Endeavour Partnership because of the firm’s unrivaled reputation within the region. I wanted to deal with complex and interesting commercial matters and now my new role with the disputes department will give me that opportunity”.
We are also pleased to welcome Leanne Gillespie who will be working closely with Amy and Caroline in our disputes team. Leanne is on a 6-month secondment with us from CPI Limited, exchanging places with one of our trainees, Anna Schiavetta, who for this time is based at CPI’s Wilton site.
Endeavour is about to announce its plans for the next 5 years, including a restructure to its management team. The firm is looking to make its 20th year of business it’s most innovative and exciting to date.
