Posted by Lotty Reeves on 30th March 2020

Stockton based law firm, Endeavour Partnership, assisted their client Baltic Apprenticeships in acquiring a 51% share of RAW Digital, a Middlesbrough based training provider specialising in skills for the digital sector.

Baltic were the first apprenticeship provider to offer a completely digital training platform for IT, software development and digital marketing apprenticeships. Based in Newton Aycliffe, their specialist programmes help launch the careers of young people in the thriving tech and digital sector.

Both Baltic and RAW share a passion for enabling young people to train and advance within the digital division. The recent partnership will help to strengthen opportunities available to those aspiring to start a career within the region’s growing sector.

As the leading commercial law firm on Teesside, Endeavour works with its clients to provide strategic business support alongside its first-class legal advice.

It’s been a real pleasure acting on this project with Baltic and supporting them to reach yet another growth milestone“, said James Butler, a senior associate in Endeavour’s corporate team who managed the deal.

As a firm that’s heavily invested in the ambitious developments of Middlesbrough’s Digital City, it’s satisfying to work with other organisations who are equally as dedicated to the cause.”

Tony Hobbs, the managing director at Baltic commented: “The digital sector is fast growing and this move will support our apprentices as they train for future careers. The team at Endeavour understand our business model and are available to quickly respond to our needs.

The levels of expertise along with a real understanding of business ensures we receive dynamic advice which supports our ambitious growth plans.
