Endeavour Partnership has signed the lease on new offices on Teesdale Business Park where it will be moving in October 2014.
The new building is a short distance from its present premises on Teesdale Business Park. It will be named Tobias House, in memory of Toby Tilly, who was the firm’s senior partner for over a decade, who sadly passed away in 2011.
Tobias House is currently having a brand new re-fit ready for the firm’s arrival in October 2014. It comprises three floors offering a range of meeting rooms and conference facilities where the firm can meet clients and host its varied calendar of seminars and events. The extra accommodation will also allow for the firm’s continued expansion.
The office move coincides with the firm celebrating its 15-year anniversary. The firm was launched in 1999 by four partners who saw the need for a law firm to provide purely commercial legal services to clients and since then the firm has grown from strength to strength.
Jamie Brown, commercial property partner, comments: “We are all very excited about the move as it will give us more space to grow and reinforces our strategy to become one of the North East’s premier commercial law firms. It is also very exciting as this year we are celebrating 15 years since the firm’s launch and it is a fitting tribute that our new offices should be named after Toby Tilly, one of our former senior partners.”
Mark Hill, Commercial Property Director of Jomast, added, “We have worked very closely with Endeavour Partnership to completely refurbish the entire property to meet their exact requirements, including the creation of a new bespoke conference and seminar suite. Tobias House, as it is now known, offers a very high standard of commercial office space and we are delighted to hand the property over to our new tenants.”
