Endeavour Partnership has again retained its top tier status in the Legal 500

Corporate and commercial – Top tier

The ‘excellent’ Endeavour Partnership ‘delivers in a professional and prompt manner’, and recently acted for the management in two separate MBOs, as well as advising on several corporate reorganisations. Department head Paul Bury is ‘approachable and administratively efficient’, and Nik Tunley has ‘excellent knowledge of venture capital and corporate finance’.

Commercial litigation – Top tier

Paul Bennett leads the team at Endeavour Partnership, which is acting for the owners of the former Alefleda Terrace Whitby, which collapsed during a landslide in 2012, in relation to associated insurance claims. The firm has seen an increase in agriculture disputes. Lee Bramley is also recommended.

Managing partner Simon Wake leads the team at Endeavour Partnership.
