Our commercial property team have recently acted on the multimillion-pound acquisition of Phoenix House as well as Sheraton/Infinity House at Surtees Business Park, Stockton-On-Tees.

Last year he founded The Fork In The Road, a restaurant based in Middlesbrough. Highly rated for its food, the restaurant is charity-run, offering training and job opportunities to people in Teesside who need a helping hand and would otherwise be struggling to find work.
The legal advice was headed by our commercial property expert and Partner, Jamie Brown, who has worked alongside Andy on various developments over the years. Jamie led the high-value acquisition of the property, which included three office blocks and leisure facilities.
