Let us review your lease

Posted by Lotty Reeves on 22nd July 2014

Many companies, particularly smaller businesses, all too often sign a lease without really considering and understanding the terms contained within it. If you are one of those, your business could suffer a detriment either because your lease does not provide enough protection or you miss the chance to negotiate a better deal.

Your business will have its own strategy, aims and goals and the lease for your business premises should reflect its outlook. Whether you are thinking of entering into a new lease or are already a tenant, we can provide you with a lease report, designed to help you understand the main terms. This will highlight any areas of concern that might affect the running of your business and, if you haven’t yet signed up to the lease, equip you with the knowledge to negotiate a better deal.

This new report is quick, practical and economical at a fixed fee of £250 plus VAT, and is available for leases for a term of five years or less, and an annual rent of £10,000 or less.

Take the time now to ensure you are protecting yourself and your business. For more information please contact Simon Wake on 01642 610336 or at s.wake@endeavour.law

Please note the scope of this review does not include negotiating the terms of the lease, carrying out any due diligence, searches or investigation of the landlord’s title, any transactional advice or any tax advice.

Before we carry out the review please provide us with a copy of your Passport or Driver’s Licence.
