National Apprentice week

Posted by Paul Bury on 16th March 2016

Endeavour Partnership is celebrating the success of our past and present Apprentices for National Apprentice Week.

Endeavour Partnership pride ourselves in having excellent apprentices who grow and develop through the training facilities we provide. We look to attract the best talent in Teesside and nurture it through high levels of support and the creation of opportunity.

By creating a positive learning environment we have seen the progress of our apprentices through different areas of the firm. This has been achieved through recognition of their skills and investment into their future aims.

Read about the successes of our apprentices:

Lotty Reeves completed her NVQ Level 2 and 3 with the firm and is now PA to Practice Manager, Sharon Hutchinson whilst training and moving towards a Marketing role.

Hannah George started at Endeavour in 2011 and after completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship has progressed to Legal Secretary in our Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Employment department.

Charlene Watson also started with us originally as an apprentice and is now a Legal Secretary in our Corporate and Commercial team.

Courtney McGill began at Endeavour Partnership as an Administration apprentice 2014. Now qualified Courtney has progressed to Legal Accounts Assistant, applying herself now to complete her AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounts.

Hollie Crossan began at Endeavour Partnership as an Administration apprentice 2014. Hollie is also moving up in the firm becoming more involved in administration and event management.

Harvey Gardner joined in late 2015 starting his NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship and has shown a keen interest in the compliance side if the business.

Lewis Oakden started their NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship early this year and has already shown great talent and dedication to his role.

We are immensely proud of our apprentices, the ones who have just joined us and the ones who have now moved onto senior positions within the company. We would like to say well done and more importantly thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
