We’re starting 2018 with a recruitment drive and would like to introduce you to Theresa Carling.
Theresa us as a senior associate in our employment department, headed by Stephen Elliott, and brings with her almost 20 years’ experience in her sector.
Theresa’s experience spans all aspects of employment practice where she advises in relation to complex employment queries and litigation, particularly in dealing with employment tribunals, defending class actions, defending whistleblowing and discrimination claims and dealing with unfair dismissal matters. She is also an expert in advising in relation to complex queries in all areas of employment law and has experience across a host of commercial transactions including sales and purchases and academy conversions.
For private clients, Theresa has considerable experience in negotiating favourable terms of departure for senior executives. She also delivers bespoke training to clients and regularly presents at seminars where she is a respected and popular speaker.
