Teesside’s largest commercial law firm is once again proving its commitment to ambitious regeneration plans to transform the area.

The Endeavour Partnership is one of the first companies in the Tees Valley area to invest in the new-look Teesside International Airport, which is undergoing a multi-million-pound investment to establish it as a leading hub for tourism and business travel.

Working with Teesside International Airport, The Endeavour Partnership has committed a five-figure investment, which will support the major redevelopment plans currently underway.

Lee Bramley, Managing Partner at The Endeavour Partnership, said: “As Teesside’s leading commercial law firm and an organisation with its roots firmly planted in the Tees Valley, we want to do everything we can to support the ambitious regeneration of our area and help it realise its full potential.

“It’s an exciting time for everyone who lives and works in the region and the investment that has been committed over the next ten years will really showcase what a wonderful location the Tees Valley is.

“The team at Endeavour is hugely passionate about where we come from and believe that if we all do our bit, we can put Teesside on the map as a global leader in logistics and manufacturing, as well as an area with first-class leisure and tourism facilities that people want to visit.”

Work is already underway on the redevelopment of 270 acres of land at Teesside International Airport.

The project will unlock up to £200m in private sector investment over the next ten years and see 3.4million square feet of logistics, manufacturing and commercial space built at the airport through a joint venture partnership with a private sector developer. This development is expected to boost the local economy, creating an anticipated 4,400 jobs.

Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen said: “The plans we’ve put in place are rightly ambitious, but we believe they are absolutely achievable if we all work together.

“The Endeavour Partnership has been behind these plans from day one and I’m delighted they are committing investment, which will boost the continued redevelopment of the airport as well as give them a prominent profile within the new-look facility.”
