Sean Jackson

Sean is a partner in our corporate and commercial team, with expertise covering all types of corporate work, in particular mergers and acquisitions, disposals and equity investments.

Sean’s practice predominantly focuses on corporate transactional work, and his clients range from start-up businesses to national and international companies from a wide variety of sectors. He regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations and reconstructions, management buyouts and private equity investments.

Sean has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ within the Legal 500 publication.
