Teesside law firm instructs on Visualsoft investment

The Endeavour Partnership has advised the owners and management team of Visualsoft on investment by one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors, Livingbridge.

Acting for Visualsoft, the market-leading specialist eCommerce platform provider and digital marketing consultancy, since 2013, The Endeavour Partnership was instructed to advise on the investment process.

Headquartered in Teesside with offices in Newcastle, Manchester and Dubai, the industry leader employs over 280 staff and services over 1,000 customers, generating £18.5m in revenue in FY ending 2020.

The Endeavour Partnership team was led by Partner and Head of Corporate Nik Tunley alongside corporate Partner Martin McKinnell, corporate Associate Sean Jackson and Solicitor Atif Ayub, banking Partner Deborah Kirtley, commercial property Associate Carly Cornell, data protection Solicitor Jessica Maine and employment Associate Laura Kirkpatrick.
