New hire as we expand our employment law and HR team

Top-ranked law firm The Endeavour Partnership has welcomed a new solicitor to expand its employment law and HR team.

Returning to her Teesside roots, Sophie Coates has joined the firm following a period spent in practice at the Newcastle office of a national law firm.

As part of her new role, Sophie will prepare bespoke contracts, policies and other employment documents, help to resolve workplace disputes and provide support in defending Employment Tribunal claims.  She will also help employers with projects such as reorganisations and business transfers.

Sophie will work with clients across a variety of sectors, including education, professional services, transportation, and technology.
